Order Processing

All orders are hand-packed with care in our UK facility. Orders placed before 2pm GMT are dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday). You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ritual. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return

Contact us at hello@beanti.com with your order number or DM us on Instagram @drinkbeanti. We'll provide a prepaid return label (UK only). Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
